To reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please email NotYourAverageRehab@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.
Do note, less than 24 hours notice is subject to late fee.
Not Your Average Rehab operates as a cash-based model and does not process insurance claims.
Therefore, we are considered an out-of-network provider.
If you choose to submit your claims independently, please be aware and communicate as needed with your insurance provider to understand your out of network benefits. You are responsible for all payments to Not Your Average Rehab whether none, some, or all gets reimbursed by your insurance provider.
